A tour without extra costs

When PCI/ATA is planning a tour, there are no hidden extras (this always pleases parents). Tour costs are inclusive of airfares, all ground travel arrangements, supervision costs, accommodation, meals, sightseeing and excursions.   

The Length of a tour:

There are many factors which have to be considered in establishing the length of the tour.  Of these the following are really important:

• If the tour is to be in the school holiday period the length of the tour will be dictated by term dates.

• On the other hand it must be borne in mind that airfares during school holiday periods are usually higher.

• An important factor that must be considered is to reach a satisfactory balance between the cost of the airfare and the overall cost of the trip

• The more money we can spend on the ground arrangements and sightseeing compared to the amount paid for the airfare, the better.        top
