ATA/PCI - a worldwide service |
| When it comes to organising international tours, ATA/PCI has been an Australasian leader for over 25 years. That's because our tours are meticulously planned and organised - down to the last detail. |
PERFORM IN FRANCE: The Department of Veterans' Affairs has appointed PCI / ATA for the official commemorations in Villers-Bretonneux and as the support agency for musical groups to the Somme & Flanders Battlefield region. The formidable contribution made by the Australian Army in World War I was one of the most important factors that brought victory to the Allies in 1918. More info....

PCI/ATA is one of Australia's leading school and cultural tour providers. We have been organising specialised tours to all parts of the globe for more than 30 years. Each tour is unique. It is meticulously planned and organised - down to the last detail - reducing the risk and worry, achieving tour goals and staying within your budget. For over three decades PCI/ATA has built up an the unrivalled international network. This helps us to organise what otherwise might seem impossible. All staff are highly trained and experienced professionals. We use this knowledge to work with clients to design the best possible tour. Of course, in addition to rigorous attention to detail, we never forget that tours are meant to be fun. Most important of all, be it for airfares, ground arrangements or insurance, PCI/ATA calls for tenders, evaluates each bid and you make the decision. The end result is a balanced and exciting program that gives students the learning experience of a lifetime. top |

Cost effective tour planning and management is highly specialised work. The professionalism and experience of the PCI/ATA team is what is needed to ensure that the school enjoys peace of mind, both in the planning phase and when their students are overseas. A 'do it yourself' approach is probably the most frequent cause of tour failure. Schools choose PCI/ATA to handle their tours because every detail is taken care of - every eventuality is planned for. PCI/ATA provides a 24 hour support and monitoring service. We anticipate emergencies and can overcome the unexpected problems. top |

In order to become officially involved in the services the Australian Government arranges, and because many school concert orchestras / choirs plan to travel to France and the United Kingdom in April and July as part of these ceremonies, we urge schools to start planning at least two years ahead and to register their interest with PCI/ATA. PCI/ATA staff are ready to assist in making this an unforgettable experience. top |

When PCI/ATA is planning a tour, there are no hidden extras (this always pleases parents). Tour costs are inclusive of airfares, all ground travel arrangements, supervision costs, accommodation, meals, sightseeing and excursions. |

There are many factors which have to be considered in establishing the length of the tour. Of these the following are really important:

|
"PCI/ATA has detailed organisation and support ... superb overall concepts for tours ... amazing gigs ... serious lifetime experiences for everyone" - Andrew McKenzie - Tour Manager - St Peter's College and Wilderness School Adelaide "In our five PCI/ATA tours ... not once has there been a problem" - Rose Cullen, Tour Leader - Wilderness School, Loreto College, University of SA, Adelaide "What is outstanding is the meticulous attention to detail. The Leader's Handbook is a marvel of organisation, including a daily reminder of what is to be done even including the birthday of a particular student if it falls during the tour. We really appreciate the effort that PCI/ATA staff undertake to comply with even the smallest of our needs. It is all very reassuring for staff, students and parents." - Dr Emily Matters -Head of Classics, Pymble Ladies College - NSW Australia top |
